I still can not get off of blue host because I can not find my password for my carascorner sit. Will you please credit me with the months that I have not been able to get on or give me a refund? Thank you,

You seem to have the name servers set wrong – you need to change them at your Registrar, not WordPress.COM

double check the section on name server settings
