want to verify my site with google but it doesn't work. can you help?

  the site will not verify with google. wordpress says to delete the google+ site and add a new one. i am concerned that everything will be lost if i do that. please advise.

  When verifying with Google you generally want to use another means besides with Google+. Are you trying to set up your site with Google’s Webmaster Tools? If so, we have a help article right here which walks you through the process:
