    I don’t want my username to be linked to a new blog that I created. How can I hide the author name so I can write anonymously?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Go to Users > My Profile and set the Display Name and change all the names in the profile.

    Go to Gravatar (or through the Gravatar on My Profile) to change and set all the data as your persona, not you.

    Ensure that all emails for correspondence and accounts do not reflect your name or anything that can lead to you.

    Use an avatar/gravatar image that does not look like you.

    Changing the display name fails in the long run in my experience. Create a whole new account, Invite that new account to be Admin of that new blog, and have your existing username leave that blog. It’s the only safe way.
