Want unused WordPress URL

I am interested in a specific blog name. Searching for it, it looks like it has been suspended. If it is not being used and I want it because the name is 100% what my blog is about, how do I get it?

You cannot register a domain that has already been registered and suspended.
There is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog urls unused, reserved or otherwise. Unless you can reach the over of the site and have them transfer it to you, you have reached a dead ends. Note that in these cases the blog’s owner rarely responds to comments or to contact information. And, Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address.

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
