Want .wordpress domain back

  Hi,
  A while ago I made my site with the .wordpress but didn’t pick the type I wanted so I made a new one and lost my .wordpress domain. I thought after 30 days I would be able to get it back but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Is there any way to restore my ownership?

  It’s actually the opposite, sorry. You needed to request recovery of that address BEFORE the 30 days from deletion happened. Once 30 days has passed, that address is permanently removed and cannot be used again ever by anyone.

  Delete a Website

  That shouldn’t limit things if you want a custom domain in the end. The .wordpress.com address doesn’t have any impact on the custom domain you might select. While that address isn’t available, hopefully you can select one you like.
