Wanted: ability to embed ShowIt slideshows for photographers

  ShowIt is one of the most popular programs out there for photographers, many of us use it to post slideshows of our client’s images on our blogs. Unfortunately WordPress does not allow us to post those slideshows.. I know that this is the main reason a lot of photographers have either not used WordPress, or have hosted it on their own. I have been a longtime WordPress blogger, but I am considering going elsewhere because I MUST have the ability to embed these slideshows. I know that the geniuses at WP have found ways to allow embedding of other things, such as YouTube videos, so I am hoping maybe ShowIt will be next on the list.

  You should contact support directly with this, explaining why you’d like it and what sets ShowIt apart from the several slide show formats that are available to wordpress.com bloggers. Include as much information as possible.
