Wanted Facebook & Google Comments in wordpress.com premium account – possible ?

When will wordpress.com incorporate Facebook & Google Comments into the wordpress.com blogs. Even better if FB Open Graph is adopted.
Is it possible to incorporate such a facility at wordpress.com premium account ??
Is it possible to do it at self-hosted wordpress.org blogs, without using any plugins ??

All WordPress.com sites allow commenting via either WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook, and now Google+ accounts, unless the site owner has restricted comments to WordPress.com users only.
If you log out and look at your site, you will see this when you place your cursor in the comment box (unless you turned off comments or restricted comments to WordPress.com users only).

The moment some one uses an FB a/c. to comment on a blog (hosted at wordpress.com), will the comment automatically get posted to that commenter’s FB profile wall ?? If such an integration (as provided by the facebook plugin, of wordpress.org) is possible ??
If not, then, the commenting system is more or less like DISQUS. How will the world know that person had visited/ commented on a wordpress.com blog ??

No, if they log in with FB, Twitter or Google+ to leave a comment on your WordPress.com site, their comment will be posted to your site only. It is not published elsewhere.
If you use Publicize to publish your posts to FB, twitter, Google+, then people can comment directly on those sites and not to your WordPress.com site.
