  So we have established I don’t need a theme designer, but a CSS designer. Where might I find one for hire to turn some work out for me?

  Can you give me some tips on what I should be askingfor? “CSS coder to edit wordpress.com theme”?

  I am not sure how much work it is, how much I should budget, or how to word it. Tips?

  I’m in your same boat. I am interested in paying someone to create my header but I need some budget-basics, etc. I will continue to check out this thread for some help, suggestions, and advice.
