wanted to transfer my website here, but no support to help

    I am looking for a new website provider for my business website, but the support here is crazy and almost useless. Contact support page is 404, instructions are messy, and Bott keeps sending me in circles. I may be back to try again, but in the meantime I’m going to look for a providers who might honour their clients needs a little better.

    If anyone knows how to contact live support, it would be appreciated if you drop the link or information.

    This used to be such a great website host for supporting their clients, paid and unpaid.. what happened??

    Can you let us know what link was giving you a 404? I’ll share your feedback about the AI responder as well, so if you want me to include more information on that, please let me know.

    As for how to get direct support, we offer direct support for those users who have upgrades, and these community forums are for free sites.
