  I thought I was paying to create a website but I have a blog.
  Please can you tell me how to change this or get a refund.

  Hi!

  While blogs are certainly prevalent on WordPress.com, you can certainly setup a website as well. We have some themes like Edin and Goran that are specifically designed for more static content:
