  Hi – my employee moved our domain from godaddy to wordpress.com and this was a mistake. We wanted wordpress.org. It appears wordpress.com won’t let us move our domain for 60 days? I need to speak to someone about this please. Thank you, Andrea

  Hi Andrea, are you able to log into the account associated with the domain? It should be the one that received the email receipt. When you do that, assuming you didn’t already cancel, you’ll be able to work directly with someone here.

  Generally speaking, even if the domain was transferred here, you can point to another host as needed. Staff can help sort it out when we’re in the correct account.
