Wanting to cancel domain name registration

    My domain was set to expire in October but WordPress has already billed me for a renewal which I wasn’t prepared for. I’d like this domain registration to be cancelled and a refund given if possible. Help!

    I can absolutely help you with that.

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain, we can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using that domain again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it, process the refund and remove the upgrade from your account.
