Wanting to have new post at the top

Hi. Today, I had added new posts. Each time that I added a post, the new post should up before the previous post (which I wanted). However, recently I had changed the date/time format to the timezone that I’m in because it kept showing a different timezone (I live in the central timezone and the previous timezone shows tomorrow’s time). I recently added a new post and instead of it showing the new post at the top like I wanted, it shows up at the bottom. Is there a way to change that?
Please note: I want the new post to be the first small square box. The big square box is a sticky post and I don’t want to change that.

Edit the post and in the Publish module you can change the datestamp and then click update.
