Wanting to transfer the premium package to another site?

    My site, vdesigns.org is under the premium package, and I got my domain through this plan. I’m trying to transfer the package it to another blog (mangostudio.org, who already has its own domain), will vdesigns.org be cancelled?
    Also, even if I want to, I can’t seem to transfer the premium package anywhere, as it says it kept saying “transfer fail”.
