Warning

    Hey,

I am the communications coordinator for Bridge Street Ministries. We own several marathon races, and one is Walloon Triathlon. I have access to the website and have been editing it over the past month or two. Last week there was no issues with the site, but now if you go to triwalloon.com, you will see a page filled with warning messages.

When is sign in to WordPress.org to edit the site, I get those same warnings, with very little access to the backend of our site.

    Please HELP!!!

    Hi,
First you need to be sure if your site is in WordPress.com or using the open source Software of WordPress.org. If the second one is the case, you should contact your hosting service provider and/or ask for help in this forum:
    https://wordpress.org/support/
For what I see in your page, it seems that something in the php code was changed and is sending errors. Try on the other forum, im sure you’ll get help there.
    Good luck!

  • Hi,

Can you share the URL of your website?

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.

We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
