Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback

    I am using The Retailer woocommerce theme version 1.8.1 and just added a new plugin called WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping

    When I go to set up shipping zones, on the top of the page in the admin panel it shows me this error message:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘woocommerce_admin_css’ not found or invalid function name in /home3/sari1/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 429

    Also when I press the button Add Shipping Method it shows me another error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/sari1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php:1698) in /home3/sari1/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    How do I fix this problem? I can’t get this plugin to work properly due to this error
