My company’s website – nomadfilms.net – is registered via WordPress, and I have been experiencing quite a bit of difficulty when trying to access the site admin. For example, every time I go to login, this appears at the top of the screen:

And then when I do enter my username and password, this appears:

I am unable to access the backend of the site, and I am unable to contact anyone as there are no numbers for WordPress support. That said, please advise on how I can fix this issue, as I haven’t been able to access my website to make changes in days…

Yes, thank you for the clarification. I’m well aware that I need to contact someone at WordPress.org but am unable to login into the forums there to do so. For some reason it’s not recognizing my username/password, and there’s no way for me to reach out to anyone there. Thought there might be a common link between the two – at least enough to get someone’s attention.

The .ORG log-in is completely separate from your site (the forum is linked with the blogs for sites hosted on WordPress.COM) – you need a completely separate log-in.
The only suggestion I have is if you have registered at WordPress.ORG in the past and it will not let you log-on is to register again using a different email address.
You have an issue that we can’t even sneak in an answer for because of the differences between the systems.
