  Hi
  This i the message on my wordpress website –
  Renew cambridgecameraclub.co.nz
  Your Domain Mapping cambridgecameraclub.co.nz expired 1 week ago. Please renew it now to make sure visitors will be able to reach your site at that address.
  Act now! cambridgecameraclub.co.nz expired

  When i visit the site I get the following message –
  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  Can you please explain why this is. Given that my domain has supposed been renewed, and doesn’t expire until 2018-09-29 (as per below).
  I would appreciate your assistance in having this resolved immediately.

  Thanks for getting in touch.

  cambridgecameraclub.co.nz is pointed to WordPress.com through the name servers but it is registered through 1st domains.

  In order for this domain to show a WordPress.com site the domain mapping upgrade needs to be added to your account. Is this what you’re trying to do?

  I can add the mapping from my side and send a manual payment link. First, I want to confirm what your plans are and make sure I understand :)

  I understand.
  Yrs the domain making is required.

  But the domain had been renewed.
  Does it require further payment to do the domain mapping update.
  Didn’t think this this was required 12 months ago.
  I have taken this site over from someone who recently passed away.
  So lack a little knowledge here.

  No worries :) We will get it all straightened out.

  Yes, the mapping is required.

  The mapping upgrade had been transferred to your account previously in 2016, and then when it wasn’t renewed the upgrade was removed from the account.

  I’ve added the mapping back to the account for cambridgecameraclub.co.nz.

  Can you verify that you are able to load the site again?
