    five-six days ago I found my website lauralepriscritture.com (domain purchased with wordpress.com for €18,oo/year) that reports: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”
    Can you help me for restore previous situation?

    Hi,

    The domain lauralepriscritture.com is not registered with WordPress.com. Earlier this month registration was transferred to Register.com.

    It currently has WordPress.com nameservers, but there is no WordPress.com Domain Mapping upgrade associated with it. Domain Mapping is the upgrade that is required to use a domain registered elsewhere with a WordPress.com site. It is included in all WordPress.com plans:

    Can you tell how can I associate again my WordPress.com and .com? Should I buy a new plan? I’d like to transfer from Register.com to wordpress.com.
    Do you also need User and Pw from weebly to retransfer my domain?

    Yes. That would be the correct way to solve this.

    Once you have purchased a plan, here is a support document that will explain how to set up Domain Mapping with your domain:

    If you prefer, you can transfer your domain to WordPress.com if you like using these instructions:

    https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

    We do not. Just follow the instructions in the link above to initiate the transfer.

    Many thanks for your answer. Sorry, but I’ve already purchased a plan. Actually, I’m still paying it (my €18/year plan was renewed in September). Domain Mapping should be included in my plan, should not?

    Hi there,

    That 18€/year you’re referring to is not a plan. It’s the renewal for the domain registration. To be able to map your domain here you’ll need a plan.
