Warning Error on Dashboard –

Hi all, I would truly appreciate it if someone can help. After installing a dodgy plugin (Import reviews and rating for WooCommerce products), I am now getting the following message on my dashboard. I tried to uninstall the plugin but it’s not there in the list of the plugins and the activate button is greyed out. Please help

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostGator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
