Hi! I am getting this message on the top of my website. Can you please help me and tell me what I need to do to get rid of it?

Hi there, that is a WordPress.org site hosted with iPad, which we can’t directly help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the /revslider/ directory there.
That will remove the plugin causing the problem and restore your site.
Next, I recommend reporting the issue to that plugin’s support at https://www.sliderrevolution.com/help-center/
