    Hello,
    I am writing to inquire about an issue with our wordpress account. For some reason, since yesterday, i am not able to access our wordpress account at ‘https://shop.urblicious.com/wp-admin/’. I keep getting the error:

    Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): No such file or directory in /var/www/html/wp/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1626
    No such file or directory
    Error establishing a database connection

    I would highly appreciate if someone can let us know the reasons and what can be done to fix it.

    Hi there,

    The website at shop.ublicious.com is running WordPress software, but is hosted at GoDaddy.

    These forums are intended for supporting sites that are hosted at WordPress.com.

    You can find support for the open-source WordPress software at WordPress.org, it’s a separate entity from WordPress.com. The link to the support forums there is: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    You could also check with GoDaddy to see if they can fix the issue.
