Warning Notice when Logging to WP Admin Page

Hi – I cannot access my WP admin page for the above site. This is the message that comes up when I type in gardencitypharmacy.ca/wp-admin and the theme has also disappeared. I haven’t accessed it in a long while.

I am using the Astrum-theme by Envato.

Sorry but that site you are referring to is not hosted WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with your WordPress.ORG issue. We cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I am hosted with .com. My domain is forwarded through hostgator to WP. It is my own domain. I did not go the .org route for obvious reasons. I’m curious what makes you think that this is a .org?

Did something change in the last 10 months? because this is where I have always accessed my account for admin work:

You are using the WordPress.ORG software on hostgator. – That makes it a WordPress.ORG issue – WordPress.ORG does not do any hosting at all
WordPress.COM does host but not you – you have two accounts – the account here – and the account for your gardencitypharmacy.ca/ web site – since you are not hosted here we can’t help you – you need to get help as noted above from WordPress.ORG or hire a person to help you

I decided that this blogger was so confused that having Staff explain what I already posted above at

My site is in .ORG yet I have no access to .ORG’s support because my username or password is not recognized there nor is my 8 year old email recognized for p/w recovery. Yet both user/pw works fine in .COM. But.. no-one can help me here. That is a wee bit frustrating.
I wonder if anyone here happens to know anyone in .ORG who they can kindly as to help me? :-/

The WordPress.org support forums are not connected to WordPress.com (or to your own WordPress install). So you will need to create a new account at WordPress.org in order to post there.
