Warning on homepage about file or directory missing.

  These warning appear at the top of my webpage and I can no longer access my dashboard.

  Hi – It appears you are writing about a site on the self-hosted side of WordPress (better know as WordPress.org). WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
