Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead
-
I’m getting this message when attempting to visit my website:
“Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead”
Firefox displays this warning for the security certificate:
“Verified By: Not specified”
Tragically, support chat STILL isn’t working:
https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/support-chat-not-working-2/
Is there an alternate interface to contact support?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have visited the site https://bravo-yogurt.com/, but do not see any errors.
The error mentioned does sound like an SSL Certificate issue, however the SSL is in place and working. Can you try clearing browser cache, or try a different browser that has never been to that site? You could also try an incognito window.

Thank you for confirming the problem is resolved.
By the way, we’ve added a new tool for users to provision SSL directly from the dashboard: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/https-ssl/#ssl-certificate-pending
