Warning: Unresponsive script when saving posts
-
Since the most recent upgrade of the admin system I get the following message when trying to save a post:
Warning: Unresponsive script
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. you can stop the script now or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Continue/Stop scriptI’m using Firefox on a Mac.
Unlike the error message when trying to do the same thing on a PC, there is no tickbox for “always perform this action” so I get it every time.
Any suggestions. Thanks.

We cannot help you without a link to your wordpress.COM blog. And if you are hosted here, consider linking it to your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums.

Hi Vivian – I am a co-blogger of westendwhinger and our blog is westendwhingers.wordpress.com
I have the same issue as westendwhinger although I am using a PC and I do at least get a checkbox to prevent me seeing the script every time.
Hope that helps. Thanks.

If someone knew, they probably would have responded. Since we are volunteers here we cannot see the backend on your blog, so my suggestion is to contact support directly. http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ and give them all the details. Too much detail is never enough.

I wonder if this is a FF 3+ problem? I get it from time to time, even on my self-hosted blog. Haven’t tried with IE.
