Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog.

Hello! Today the following warning appeared on my Dashboard:
Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog.
Please, I would like to know how I can cooperate with the support team to solve this issue as soon as possible. Is there a mail to contact you or something?
Thanks in advance -

Thanks for your replay EllaElla. I use the tab in the upper right of my dashboard but it open a window where you can “Choose a Category” of the WordPress FAQs. I search the FAQs previously looking for WARNINGS but I haven´t found anything related to this specific warning.
Cheers.

When you use the Support button, read through the whole list all the way to the bottom. There’s a place for “did this help you” and if you pick no, you get to type in what the problem is.

The warning message includes a link to a contact form (where it says “please contact us”). That contact form is available 24 hours a day.

I hope this will be fixed today 2008-02-04…i’m worried if he may miss my message and get my blog suspended
-
arunchullikkal: please click on the “contact us” link that’s in the warning message in your dashboard. It will take you to a contact form that is always available and will put you in touch with the right staff members.
-
the warning surprised me… i did not see any content guidelines-would posting the blog to my own domain reduce sanction risk ?
-
Not if the blog is still hosted at WordPress.com.
You may want to review the Terms of Service to get a sense of what they may wish to talk to you about. There are some content restrictions there.

My blog is PG-13. ANd I got a warning. Can just anyone mark your blog as suspect for content?
-
Anyone can report, but staff makes the determination on a case-by-case basis. As tellyworth says above,
please click on the “contact us” link that’s in the warning message in your dashboard. It will take you to a contact form that is always available and will put you in touch with the right staff members.

What used to happen was that when a blog had a problem we suspended it.
This was not always appropriate but at the time it was the only tool we had.If you have a warning, then do just as advised and get in touch. It means that there is some detail which we would like to discuss. It’s not bad – if the blog was that bad it would just be suspended.
So please do just get in touch – in nearly all cases it’s easily sorted out.

I got this message too some days ago. I responded on the contact form 4 times. It said that someone would get back to me ASAP, but noone did. After some days the message was gone.
So I don’t know, what the problem was??? -
-
Maybe what you told them in the email straightened things out and they decided you were okay and they’d misinterpreted something.
-
In my humble opinion it is fair to tell people what the warning was about. Even if it was i misinterpretation. I wouldn’t have liked to be left there in no-mans-land had it been me…
