Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog.

I have a starnge problem. I am getting this message on my dashboard.
“Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.” I have already replied in a contact form but no reply. The reason is that replyu address does not exisit. Here is why?
Now the problem doest end here. I have an email address that is no more exisiting. And I cant change that email address because changing emaill address needs confirmation from previously recorded message. Can some one sugest how can I resolve the issues. Thanks.

Contact staff tomorrow (8am-4pm Pacific time) via the support tab in the dashboard, or through http://wordpress.com/contact-support/ and give them all the details including the email address changing problem.
-
When I contact them, they have only email address that does not exist. Where can they reply.
-
The lahoreschool.wordpress blog has been deleted… so I guess that constitutes a “resolved” situation.
I think the lesson here is, if WP is dropping things like “Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.” on your Dashboard then you might want to change the direction your blog is heading in… or buy a domain.
-
No, It is not resolved. The blog under discussion is this:
-
There is a blatant violation of the TOS: http://blogsintheclass.wordpress.com/the-class/
For reference, the TOS: http://wordpress.com/tos/ -
From your blog:
“This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. The compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content.”
It’s my understanding that you can have a PayPal account attached to your blog for people to donate money to you, and you can have a link to a service which you provide — something like artwork or T-shirts, or legal advice — but you can’t use your blog to sell or advertise a service given on your blog.
Also, if your blog/blogs are solely used to draw people to a business WP might consider that to be a Spam Blog. If you want your blog to be a business on its own you should buy your own URL.
With the email thing, when you submit your “Support” question, add your new email in the form.
-
“This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. “
That’s exactly the problem.
You need to remove all paid links, paid posts, links in the sidebar to whoever is doing it.
It really should be done today – delaying for any reason isn’t so good. -
What if I dont take any more paid posts on the blog and let the previous ones remain. Will this help.
I dont want to lose my accounts wiith paid blogging services and I dont want to abondon my blog as well.
There should eb a middle way some how. No?
-
The others cannot remain.
If we did that people would just make blog after blog and insist the old ones remain. They have to come down. The blog could be suspended if not.
