I keep seeing this when I try to go into my account to edit:
Warning: require_once(/home1/thecofn7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/includes/class-am-notification.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/thecofn7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/optin-monster-wp-api.php on line 204

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home1/thecofn7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/includes/class-am-notification.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php70/lib/php’) in /home1/thecofn7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/optin-monster-wp-api.php on line 204

I don’t know what this means and can’t get into my site. I need help resolving this.

    Hi @thecoffeeista,

This looks like an annoying issue! What’s the URL of the page you’re asking about?

This is a PHP error happening with a plugin install. Your question has to do with a self-hosted WordPress.org product unless you have a Business Plan here at WordPress.com. These forums offer support for the WordPress.com suite of products. The distinction can seem subtle, so you may read more about the differences. Find the WordPress.org-specific support you need at WordPress.org’s support site. I’m happy to continue the conversation and talk about why if you’d like.

Assuming you don’t have a Business Plan (and please let me know if you do!), you can begin your journey by disabling this plugin through your FTP connection. See the troubleshooting section here:

    Good luck!
    Jesse
