was billed $48 for a wordpress ‘site’ I don’t have!

  Please reimburse the $48. THIS is the only wordpress ‘site’ I have – it’s a FREE SITE – and I opened it in 2014 (5 years ago) and never used it. Somehow, through PayPal, this $48 charge was ‘billed’ and paid but I have NO IDEA how or why and PayPal said I had to cancel through WordPress….but there isn’t even any financial data here of mine because it’s a free site! PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP
