Was charged $66 and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACT NUMBER?!!?

I was charged $66 dollars by WordPress and there is ZERO contact information for a customer support number or chat–apparently you have to be a premium member to get help. Well, they just charged me $66 bucks, so I feel like that should count as a premium membership. I’m so frustrated. Can anyone help me with this?

Also, I have nothing in my Billing History, so I have no idea why I was charged. I never bought a domain.

I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXIf the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
