Was charged but never used your service

    I’ve never used your service and was charged 499 today. Please refund and close my account

    Hi there,

    The aliceevatrinh account you’re using to post here owns no WordPress.com sites and has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged, so there is nothing for us to refund.

    If you received a charge from us, it’s for a site that belongs to a completely different account, and the only way we could charge you is if the owner of that account provided us with your credit card details while buying an upgrade either a year, or two years ago.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
