Was charged for an upgrade on my wordpress account even though I cancelled

  I signed up for the trial run of a premium wordpress account however before the trial ran out I cancelled the subscription. I now see that I have been upgraded to premium and charged regardless. This is a mistake. I cancelled the subscription before the trial ran out and should not have been charged £70 for something I did not want. Please make a full refund of £70 back to my bank account.

  I’ve removed your Upgrade and refunded the associated charge, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
