Was my account upgraded after payment of premium?

On 8/23/13 I upgraded to WordPress Premium. I have the receipt if you need it. I’m still being asked to upgrade when I sign in.

Hi there – You do have an active Premium upgrade. Next time you see the prompt to upgrade, could you please make a screenshot of it, and upload the screenshot to your blog’s Media Library, so I can take a look? Please get your entire browser window in the screenshot, so I can see which screen you’re at when you see this. :) Thanks!

@eurello: I tried to get the whole browser window in but I had trouble with the snipping tool, and pressing PrnitScr did nothing. You can see at the bottom left hand side it says “upgrade now”. Not sure if that applies to me, or if this is on everyone’s page. I did finally figure out how to get to my dashboard, and I see my subscription information there. I am fairly unschooled when it comes to blogging, but I’m sure I’ll get better now that i am starting to figure my way around better. Thank you.

Hi there – Oh, yes, that’s just the footer of the WordPress.com homepage. It shows the same information for everyone. :)
