Was my blog marked mature?
-
I have had problems not seeing any of my posts in the reader for a long time; Having carefully read the help content and checked all my settings my only clue is that my blog was marked mature.
I have a number of nude drawings of both women and men posted alongside with other drawings. I personally would neither consider them pornographic nor offensive. Indeed, searching the reader for the tag “nude” there are many pictures I would classify as similar to mine.If it is the case that my blog has been marked mature, is there any chance that I can edit posts that seem offensive to you such that the overall blog will be classified as “non-mature” again?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Since my name is not linked to my blog I infer that in fact my blog was marked mature. Could you please advice me if all “nude” drawings constitute what is considered mature – or which drawings on my blog would fall in that category, so I maybe can remove them or mark the posts private? In fact, comparing my posts with other drawings or even photos which do appear in the reader, I cannot see that mine are in any respect more “exposing” or “offensive”… so it is hard to judge what is rated mature, and what is not.

You can read more about mature content at http://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/
If you are planning to mark certain posts as private instead, feel free to do so and let me know once it’s done. After that I can unmark your blog as mature.
Looking forward to your reply.

Dear kardotim,
I have read the definition of what’s considered “mature”. From this information, one could say that *any* nudity is considered an appropriate reason to mark a blog mature. On the other hand, looking in the reader I can see many pictures that are much more in the “mature” or “erotic” category than the nude drawings in my blog are, so I still do not fully understand what constitutus mature content.
I did not remove all nude drawings from my blog. I did, however, remove (respectively, made private) some posts in my blog which had a slight erotic touch. I hope that this suffices to meet your criteria.
Please note that one can basically find nude drawings in very many blogs about drawing or photography (Mostly anatomic studies and drawings of males and females in lying, sitting, or standing position, either from classroom studies or from reference pictures; such drawings are also included in my blog). I truly do not consider the sole depicting (drawing, sketch) of a human body as “mature” content and hope that such pictures are accepted as artwork, respectively as a means of representation of an artists exercise/learning process. Else, indeed most art/drawing blogs would need to be flagged.Looking forward to your view and your reply as to whether the remaining public content is considered ok.
