Was My WordPress HACKED? Or just a glitch?

  My profile image was replaced with someone else in the upper right corner (the tiny image), but it shows no history in the profile upload section. This is in the back area. On the blog itself (and right here), the image shows as a broken file. I quickly changed the password and signed out.

  This is a security issue, so there should be a way to contact you without using a public forum.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
