  Yikes, guys. You probably shouldn’t make the same window for your chat support a “post to the forums” window automatically. Eesh.

  Hey there @eenewton, the forums option should be something you select; if you didn’t have that option please let us know! Also, you should be able to start another chat as you’d like. Cheers!

  Hey there!

  Unfortunately, it changed the window to only allow me to post on the forum at first. I suspect I got logged in and was suddenly recognized as an “editor” for some reason (vs admin). That was the only thing I found find in the support files that described that functionality.
