  Through an oversight the domain for http://www.wastewatchottawa.ca was not renewed in time and the website no longer works. How can I get the site restored

  The domain wastewatchottawa.ca is owned by another admin on the site and they can renew it. Could you please ask the other admin to renew the domain name and then you can set it as the primary site address as mentioned here.
