Watercolors and copywriting examples

My husband died two years ago and we used his credit card to renew annually. I let the credit card expire but forgot it was used for the renewal for my web site. I’m trying to reactivate my site and provide a new credit card for annual renewals.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’ll need some more information.

Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    Thank you.

And I was able to take a photo of the home page. All I want to do is to pay my annual fee and make sure it is active.
    Thank you

  • Hi there,

The site at buffieshannon.wordpress.com, and the domain, buffieshannon.com, belongs to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re using to post here. To access that site, and to recover the domain (which is still possible at this point), you’ll first need to log into that other account.

If you know the details of the other account, log into it and comment here to confirm so we can start the domain recovery process. Since expiring in February, the domain has gone into redemption, so there will be an extra fee to get it back.

If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.

Once you have access to the account again, we can also help you there to get back the domain.
