Way to save a backup of site?

    Hi. I created a website for my graduate capstone project (gmuseorspa.wordpress.com), but I was just told that providing a link to the website is not sufficient, and I need to provide a full backup of the website and all of its content to be hosted on the university’s servers in the event that my website should ever become inactive. I don’t think they’re going to budge on this one, and I need to complete this in order to graduate in a few days, so I’m getting rather desperate. Would the Guided Transfer service resolve this issue?

    Hi there,

    Guided Transfer will only move your site in one of the preferred hosting partners. It will not transfer your site to your University’s server.

    You can export your content and ask your University’s server administrator if he can import it to a WordPress installation.
