Ways to promote your blog?

  Are there other ways to promote my blog other than the wordpress forums and sites such as facebook and twitter? I feel like I am just reaching the same set of people over and over when there are so many more out there.

  Have you tried doing a forum search? I know for a fact this question has been answered thousands of times, and all the answers are still here.
