    I would like to officially lay a complaint about this plugin and the people who develop it, manage it and run it. They are unethical, do not offer any support, they will not refund me, this plugin does not do what it is meant to do. I contacted support, it has taken them 2 months to get back to me (I have screenshots to prove everything) and then when I lost my client due to this multivendor plugin not doing what it is meant to do, I lost money and I applied for a refund, they told me their refund policy is only 30 days from date of purchase. But how was I supposed to apply for a my refund if no one was responding! No one at all. Their Facebook page is FULL of bad reviews from people complaining about NO support, they are not refunding anyone, they are actual crooks! People are commenting on their posts on their page, begging them to please respond to their support tickets, and they don’t respond, they are just ignoring people. How are they going to be held accountable for this, what is WordPress’s role here. Please can your team investigate, and all you need to do is go to their Facebook page, hundreds of people are in my position! I need to get my refund, they are now ignoring me. Where do I go from here? I will not keep quiet about this, they think I will go away, but I am not going to be treated this, I work in an ethical and highly moral manner and I am not going away. I just wanted to bring this to your attention and also to seek your help and guidance here. Thank you so much! Please revert back, I am at a loss at this awful situation. Not enough that I lost a good client, I lost money here, I had to refund my client out of my own pocket. Thank you, Dave Talbot, South Africa
