  please, why i can’t using WCG widget in my blog?

  Because iframes are not allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons.

  iframes can be a source of malicious code that can potentially impact not just your blog but millions of other blogs hosted on WordPress.com network.

  For this same reason, not just iframes, but also other code like Javascript is not allowed. Please read the Code support document for more info.
