  Hi, we have been on the free plan for a while now and we like it but as expected it’s very limiting as to what you can do. So we’re considering upgrading but every time I sign into our ‘free’ site I get a notification that we already owe on it, how can that be? if we are on the free site. We have just enough to sign up for a better plan but not enough to pay for what was supposed to be our ‘free’ site. Can you help please?

  Hi there!

  You are still on the free plan, you just have a plan already in the cart and that is what you see when you log in. You can go to My Site>Plan>Plans, click on the cart symbol and then remove those purchases by clicking on the trash bin icon:

  

  You can also proceed to the checkout from there.
