  we are getting an ‘Internal Server Error
  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.’ and cannot access site dashboard! help!

  Hello –

  Please confirm which site you’re trying to work on. It sounds like you’re set up on the stand alone WordPress installation rather than using our managed hosting solution at WordPress.com.

  that is the site, we cannot access wp-admin and are exhausting all options to be able to access it again!!

  Thanks for that. Since your site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  Using the site HostingChecker.com, it’s not clear who your host is because you’re using Cloudflare nameservers.

  Since the site itself has a 500 Internal Server Error, you wouldn’t be able to access any part of your site – via wp-admin or otherwise. You need to contact your hosting provider for help here. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem – especially since the problem is the hosting server for your site is down.

  If you’re not sure who your host is, you should reach out to Cloudflare first as they may be better able to advise:
