We are locked out of our website account – when we try to login we receive this error message: 403 Forbidden openresty. we have not lost our password etc – w=and when we tried to reset password through email we received the same error message. Please help us to recover our website.Thank you.PS we tried recovery option however we do not have a transaction id or an activation URL or key. There must be someway to gain access. Thank you

It looks like your site at singlechannelvt.com is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It uses WordPress.org and is hosted by a different hosting service provider. We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum.

I see you purchased the WordPress.com Personal plan with us, but you canceled those subscriptions and were fully refunded. May I know if you planned to move your site to WordPress.com?

You can also try resetting your password at this link.
If none of those works, you will need to contact your hosting service provider for help. There’s also a WordPress.org support forum, but folks there won’t have access to your site to help you log in. That’s why you must contact your host.
