We are trying to renew our site and cannot find how to do this

  We have multiple administrators and it is not allowing us to renew our site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only the owner of the domain name or plan can renew it. That person will see the renew option in My Upgrades.
