We bought a domain through the wordpress dashboard upgrades section. Our bank account has been charged for the domain, but we do not have access to or record of the registered domain within the dashboard. Also, when we try to find the address on the web, it does not return ANY website. Please tell me where I should be looking to find and manage the new domain.

What is the URL starting with http:// that your purchased?
If you just set up the domain mapping then know domain name changes are not instantaneous. They can take between 24 – 72 hours to propagate throughout the internet. Has 72 hours passed since you purchased the domain mapping upgrade, set the primary domain and followed through on all the instructions?
