We cannot access the sf hristofor.wordpress account

    Hello, recently on March 26, 2021 at sf-hristofor.ro I updated the latest version of wordpress 5.7. We know for sure the username and password to the account, and the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), and wordpress says that this account does not exist …. How can we access the account again? And the concrete proof that we have an existing wordpress account can be searched on google domain sf-hristofor.ro and it is publicly seen that our site is made in wordpress.

    Hello Marius,

    It looks like sf-hristofor.ro is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
