We cannot complete this request, remote data was invalid

I’ve been posting to my blog in precisely the same way for years (I host the blog on wordpress.com, but host the images on my own personal linux server), but this morning, I added a post, and all new images fail to load. They do, however, load fine while I’m composing or editing the page. All old images load fine, as well. If I do a “view source” on the page with missing images, I find that the images are actually linking to io0.wp.com (for caching, I assume). If I click on one of those links, I get “We cannot complete this request, remote data was invalid”. What changed? And how do I switch it back? I found a lot of google links that talked about the photon plugin, as well as the jetpack plugin, but those are not relevant. Very frustrating. Is there any way to simply allow the images to be loaded by the end user directly from my web server instead of having wp.com cache them?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you still experiencing this problem? I checked your site and the photos from your recent posts are loading as expected.

My apologies, it turned out to be a DNS problem. My local DNS and my public DNS pointed to different servers, meaning that when I was editing blog entries at home, things worked fine, but once they were posted and your caching server tried to serve them up, they were nowhere to be found. I fixed DNS, and all became happy.

    Thank you.
